Rajvir Industries Ltd has successfully introduced its products in the European markets under joint venture with one of its Portuguese partner and is now working on similar lines with other Countries in Europe and several other markets Worldwide. On almost all the blends of value added products, India has a distinct advantage of being much more competitive in pricing when compared to spinners around the World. Flexibility of providing various lot sizes and blends of different kinds to the customers as well as quick delivery schedules as most of these fibers are available in the sub-continent itself. RAJVIR IS NOW OFFERING SLUB YARNS

In line with the existing market requirements and continuous requests that we have had over the last six months in slub yarn, Rajvir Industries Limited has now begun slub yarn production both for raw white as well as mélange yarn in counts and compositions of your choice and offer a wide range of slub yarn including 100% Cotton slub yarn (Indian, pima and giza), 100% Organic Cotton slub yarn, Organic cotton/regular cotton slub yarns blended with modal, micro modal, polyester , recycled polyester, viscose in both raw white and mélange / heather, Exotic blends such as silk, wool, linen, cashmere, angora with cotton, organic cotton, modal, micro modal, viscose slub yarn in both raw white and mélange/heather , 100% modal, micro modal, 100% viscose slub yarns.

RAJVIR GOES GREEN

This is with over 2 million pound of organic yarn produced monthly. Rajvir is proud and dedicated yarn producer with organic production in ring compact blended varieties. We offer carded and combed organic yarn from Ne 16s to Ne 30s in ring spun route and 40s to 70s in compact route with Reiter comfort technology. Besides being a large vendor of popular chain stores such as Wal-Mart, GAP, Next, C&A and several other brands world wide, Rajvir is certified for over 100 different blends of Organic production including Organic cotton with Mélange, Organic Mélange/Heather (blend , shades, counts of your choice), Organic cotton with Re-cycled Polyester ( we are now certified Global Re-cycled standard partners of Control Union), Organic cotton with normal Polyester, Organic cotton with Viscose and have a capability to make Organic cotton with Silk, Wool, Linen, Cashmere and Angora. Even our Dye House is certified to manufacture organic cheese dyed yarn and we have a complete range of vessels starting from 20 kilo to 1000 kilos(20 kilos,100 kilos,200 kilos, 300 kilos,500 kilos,1000 kilos).. With this introduction you will find a copy of certification of the various organic products that we are approved off.

Rajvir has the ability to produce:

a) We can blend spun silk, wool, linen, cashmere, Angora with combed cotton, organic cotton, and supima cotton and give it to you in raw white route.

b) We can blend spun silk, wool, linen, cashmere, Angora with viscose, modal, polyester in the synthetic route and give it to you both as raw white and mélange.

c) We can use spun silk, wool, linen, cashmere, Angora and give it in the cotton blends in the mélange / heather routes.
