Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:
Before September 30, 2014:
Textile Exchange will issue a full refund until September 30, 2014. Please note, a $200 processing/service fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or before September 30, 2014.
Between October 1 - 22, 2014:
For reservations cancelled anytime between October 1-22, 2014, a 50% refund will be issued.
After October 22, 2014:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 22, 2014.
* Substitute attendees are welcome and encouraged at any time. These changes can be made by simply modifying your registration record.
