Position Summary 

The Assistant or Senior Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Climate and Nature Impact leadership team. Serving as the right hand to the Chief Impact Officer and supporting other Directors in the department, you will act as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, streamlines operations, and enables leaders to focus on high-impact priorities. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate global communications, oversee logistics, and ensure leaders are always prepared and informed. You will also serve as a key connector within the organization, building relationships across teams and acting as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to balance multiple priorities across time zones. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, resourceful, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.

Salary Range: $60,000 to $95,000 USD – DOE
