This document sets the criteria and boundaries for organizations to effectively communicate about their

engagement with and use of Impact Incentives. The scope of this policy applies to all Impact Incentives governed

by Textile Exchange, which currently include:

1. Deforestation

2. Animal welfare

3. Land management
