The Case for Change

Taking action for climate and nature is not only essential to shape a better future – it’s also an investment into business resilience. But to make best practices the norm and future-proof our industry, everyone needs a clear path to beneficial impact.

That’s why this year’s agenda will focus on the actionable steps needed to embed holistic raw materials targets across company operations and collectively drive system-level transformation.

Conference FAQs

How do I find my member registration passcodes?

All passcodes have been sent to the primary contact that we have on record for each member company. These codes may also be found in the primary contact’s profile on The Hub. Please contact your member representative if you have any issues obtaining your code or require further information.

How many tickets are available to my member company?

If your company is a Supporter level member, you receive one in-person pass and two virtual passes. If your company is a Partner level member, you receive three in-person passes and two virtual passes. If you are a Friend level member, you will not receive any passeshowever, you can activate your member discount by selecting “Member” when you start the online registration. All member companies are verified through the registration process.

Can we exchange virtual passes for in-person and vice versa?

We offer a hybrid event and virtual passes are included as a member benefit. However, we do not convert passes from in-person to virtual and vice versa. While this was done occasionally in the years following the COVID-19 pandemic due to travel restrictions, from 2023 we no longer convert passes.

Can I convert a full access pass into multiple one-day passes so more colleagues can attend?

While we are unable to convert full-access passes into multiple one-day passes, we do offer a member discount which can be used to purchase additional passes if needed.

Where can I find the full agenda for the 2024 Textile Exchange Conference?

The conference agenda is available on our website here

Are there discounts for NGOs, academia, or start-ups?

We do offer discounts to NGOs and academia. Anyone interested (member or non-member) should fill out the NGO/Nonprofit and Academia application to be considered for the discount. We unfortunately cannot extend discounts to start-ups, unless they fall under the NGO/academia category.

How can I participate as an exhibitor, sponsor and/or speaker?

Exhibitor and speaker applications are now closed, as of July 10. We are still accepting sponsor applications, which can be summited via this form.

How do we best support producers/farmer groups to attend the conference?

We believe that a diversity of roles, experiences, and perspectives is needed to enable conversations that will move us forward. To help break down the barriers that prevent material producers from attending our conference, we allocate travel grants and/or conference passes each year to a shortlist of nominated farmers.

Can I add a field trip to my registration at a later date?

You can add a field trip to your registration at a later date, but please be aware that capacity is limited and spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

What sustainability efforts are being made at the Pasadena Convention Center?

You can find out more about the ways that the Pasadena Convention Center is committing to sustainability on its website here. They have programs relating to energy management, water conservation, recycling and waste diversion and food sustainability, among others.
